Pietta Firearms Builds on Success of Inaugural Pendleton Round-Up Revolver with New 2026 Edition

Second Edition Continues Annual Collaboration Celebrating One of the American West’s Most Iconic Traditions and Rodeos.

Following the overwhelming response to the inaugural Pendleton Round-Up Revolver, F.LLI Pietta and Pietta Firearms, Inc. are proud to announce the second edition in the growing collection: the 2026 Pietta Pendleton Round-Up™ Revolver, created in conjunction with the 116th Pendleton Round-Up™.

What began in 2025 as a collaboration between two brands with deep ties to Western tradition quickly proved there was an audience hungry for something authentic. The first Pendleton Round-Up™ Revolver was met with tremendous enthusiasm from collectors, firearm enthusiasts, rodeo fans, dealers and generations of Pendleton loyalists across the country.

The success confirmed what both organizations believed from the beginning: this should be more than a single commemorative firearm. It should become a tradition of its own.

The original concept was built around creating a new Pendleton Round-Up™ revolver each year, with every edition carrying its own design while remaining unmistakably tied to the heritage of Pendleton Round-Up™, the American cowboy and the single-action revolver.

For 2026, that tradition continues with an entirely new model honoring the 116th Pendleton Round-Up™. While staying consistent with the famous “Bucking Horse” on the ultra-black grip, the addition of the even-as-famous bucking chutes were added on both sides, the “Bucking Horse” is continued, in color on the frame and the tagline “Let’er Buck®” added in color to the barrel, with other intricate details added throughout.

“Last year we believed we had created something special. The response showed us just how much the Pendleton name, the Round-Up and everything it represents still resonates with people,” said Alessandro Pietta. “This was never intended to be just another commemorative firearm. Our goal is to create a collection that people look forward to every year and that, over time, tells a story about Pendleton, the cowboy and the American West.”

The collaboration between Pietta and the Pendleton Round-Up™ represents a natural connection between two organizations whose histories are rooted in tradition and craftsmanship.

For Pietta, it also represents another step in the company’s continued commitment to the American ranching, rodeo, and rural communities. From establishing its U.S. operations in Casper, Wyoming to increasing its involvement throughout the Western lifestyle and focusing on its partnerships with “farm & fleet” stores, Pietta has made the cowboy and rural consumer an important part of the company’s future in the United States.

The Pendleton Round-Up™, meanwhile, remains one of the most recognizable celebrations of Western culture in America. First held in 1910, the Round-Up has carried its traditions forward for more than a century and remains synonymous with the famous call: “Let’er Buck®.”

Few companies are granted the opportunity to carry the Pendleton Round-Up™ name, bucking horse and historic tagline. Pietta views that privilege—and the responsibility that comes with it—with tremendous respect.

“Pietta aligns perfectly with our brand and the core values that have been developed through more than a century of tradition and attention to detail,” said Stuart Roberts, Vice President and Queen and Court Director of the Pendleton Round-Up™ Association. “The response to the first revolver validated what we believed when this relationship began. People understand the connection between these two brands, and we believe this annual series has the opportunity to become something Pendleton fans and collectors look forward to for many years.”

Each annual revolver will stand on its own while also becoming part of a larger collection—one firearm, one Round-Up and one year at a time.

For Pietta and Pendleton, the success of the first edition was only the beginning.

The next chapter is ready to Let’er Buck®!
